Fire in Your Bones
In this powerful message, we're reminded that obedience to God doesn't always feel like success. Through the story of Jeremiah, we see a young prophet called by God to deliver difficult messages, facing mockery and persecution. Yet, even in his darkest moments, Jeremiah felt God's word burning within him like a fire. This teaches us that God's call is meant to burn in us, even when circumstances are challenging. We're encouraged to recognize that the fire of passion for God's purpose is proof of His presence, even when we can't see or feel Him. Just as Jesus walked alongside the disciples on the road to Emmaus, He walks with us in our confusion and grief. This message challenges us to be real with God about our struggles, knowing He understands and remains faithful. It's a call to move our feet in faith, to pursue our God-given passions, and to trust that what feels like being buried might actually be God planting us for greater purpose.
