Church on the Rock is looking for a passionate and relational leader to oversee and grow our South Campus Youth and Young Adult Ministries. This full-time role is responsible for casting vision, preaching and teaching, developing volunteers, and creating engaging environments where students and young adults can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team builder who is aligned with COTR’s mission and is passionate about discipling the next generation and raising up future leaders.
