Dream Center Children’s and Student Ministry Coordinator

Our Dream Center Campus is looking for a passionate, dependable, and relational leader to coordinate our Children’s and Student Ministries. This full-time role involves creating safe, fun, and engaging environments for kids and students, developing and caring for volunteer teams, supporting families, and helping lead ministry during services, events, and outreach opportunities. If you love Jesus, have a heart for the next generation, and want to help children and students grow in their faith while serving the Dream Center community, we’d love to meet you!

Levelland Student and Young Adult Coordinator

Our Levelland Campus is looking for a passionate, relational, and motivated leader to guide and grow our Youth and Young Adult ministries. This part-time role (up to 20 hrs/week) involves leading Wednesday night services, building strong teams of volunteers, connecting with students and parents, and launching a vibrant young adult ministry. Church on the Rock is looking for caring, dependable, and energetic Sitters to provide a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment for children during evening services and events. This part-time, hourly position offers flexible, self-selected shifts and the opportunity to serve across multiple campuses. As a COTR Sitter, you’ll be part of ministry, helping children feel loved and secure so parents can fully engage with God’s Word. If you love Jesus, love kids, and want to make a meaningful impact by serving families, we’d love to connect with you!
