About the E3 Network

with Senior Pastor Jackie White

Church on the Rock has been blessed over multiple decades of leadership by its Founding Senior Pastor, Jackie White. The E3 Network was established from a calling on Pastor Jackie’s heart to minister to other pastors in the region and abroad with the things the Lord has shared with him over the years.
 
The E3 Network is a mentoring and equipping organization for pastors and church leadership. E3 stands for: Equip, Energize, and Example. 
The purpose of the E3 Network is to Equip pastors for the different challenges in ministry so they have the tools to effectively navigate any season the church is in. Pastor Jackie knows from experience when many pastors come together; they get Energized by the encouragement of being gathered together (iron sharpens iron). And finally, Pastor Jackie wants to pass along all his knowledge to the next generation of pastors by being an Example of how to lead effectively.
