We will need all hands on deck to clean up and return the santuary back to normal and have it Sunday ready!

Guests will be welcomed to a special waiting area, where they will be asked to fill out their connection card and gift tag. They will be offered light snacks and drinks and will be given information about our church and what to expect next. 

Giving Hope Hosts will guide families through the shopping experience, helping them shop, knowing which tables they can choose from and help expedite the shopping time while also loving on the families!
These volunteers need to be 18 years of age or older.

Gift Wrappers will be in charge of wrapping gifts while families move up to the ministry area!
Stocking Stuffers will help parents pick out stocking items and stuff the stockings with their choices!

The Prayer Team will pray with families while we wait for the gifts to be wrapped!

The Parking Team will be the first touch these families receive! We are in need of fun people that will be excited about these families arrival!
Gift Loading Team will help families carry gifts to their cars after they are done shopping!  

This is for our Nursery/Preschool/Elementary area. During this time we will serve a snack and make a craft.  This will be a fun environment for our ministry while parents shop for Christmas!
This position must be background checked.

This team will check in families at the event.  Families will present their Giving Hope invitation.  Parents must present their ID to verify they are the invited guest.  Check In Team will verify the applicant # and then introduce families to our Giving Hope Hosts
These volunteers need to be 18 years of age or older.

The Early Check In Team is in charge of helping all volunteers get checked in, get shirts, and get to their designated spots.  You will help team members find their name tags and know where all the positions are located. They will go to their designated area for a pre serve training.
