Chrystal Evans Hurst is an encourager who teaches people to love God, to love others, and to love themselves. Chrystal is a wife, mother of five and grandmother to three. She is also a speaker and the best-selling author of "She’s Still There" and "Kingdom Woman" and the newly released, "The 28-Day Prayer Journey".

Absolutely! The Bloom Conference has many women from churches around the West Texas region join us every year and we’d love for you to invite friends.
Do I need my confirmation email showing registration?
It is helpful if you bring your confirmation email when you arrive, but it is not necessary. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registration. If you do not receive this, please contact bloom@cotrpeople.com.
Can I volunteer?
Volunteer positions are available for COTR women, ages 16+ who attend regularly. Contact us at bloom@cotrpeople.com for more information on how to join the volunteer team.
