How to Shelby :)

STEP 1:
Log into Shelby Systems and choose FORMS
(Don't have Forms? Stop right here and message Kacey to be given permissions.) 
Your screen view will look like this:

Expired event:
registration deadline is passed

STEP 2:
Red arrow: click the down arrow in 'Status'
Orange arrow: check 'Expired'
Yellow arrow: click 'Apply'
STEP 3: Scroll to the bottom and click on 25 to add more pages so you can find you event
STEP 4:
Once you locate your event, to see the list of people who signed up, click where the red arrow is on '# Responses'.

If you click the event's name, it will lead you to the actual form.
STEP: 5
You can now view the entire list as registrations come in. Click 'Export as CSV' (red arrow) to download the list.

You will be given a choice:
Yellow Arrow: Export Responses (master list)
Orange Arrow: Export One line per child (sometimes registrant if people can sign up multiples). This is my preferred way because it gives everyone a single line vs having to scroll right forever to see names.
