This Is Not A Joke

Today, we explore the profound impact of fatherhood and our biblical roles within the family. As fathers, we're called to be both priests and prophets in our homes - interceding for our families and discerning God's voice to guide them. This dual role shapes our children's first concept of our Heavenly Father, emphasizing the critical importance of modeling God's love and forgiveness. We're reminded of Proverbs 22:6, 'Train up a child in the way he should go,' which encourages us to understand and nurture each child's unique personality. This message challenges us to reflect on our own relationships with our earthly fathers and how that influences our perception of God, ultimately inviting us to embrace His unconditional love and forgiveness through Jesus Christ.
